A mother shared images of her one-year-old daughter enjoying her special birthday meal, causing controversy as, unlike traditional snacks, sweets, and the anticipated cake, she served “tomahawk steak and lobster” with “organic butter,” as stated in the captions.
In her post, the mother of two children and pregnant with her third explains that in their home, they celebrate birthdays with the children’s favorite dish: “It’s our family tradition, surf ‘n turf dish (a dish with both land and sea meat) to celebrate! My two kids prefer steak to sweets, so that’s how we do it.”
